会员3616：周末在九顶塔滑雪场滑完雪入住的，开车到五号停车场的七号楼办理入住，一张双人床、一张单人床很适合亲子家庭，房间内卫生也不错。当天入住时有某个公司开年会，酒店忙不过来，晚餐只有点餐没有自助，可以叫小火车送到山顶的餐厅也可以自己开车上去。晚餐份量大、味道佳，三个人都没吃完，餐中赠送酒店自制腊八蒜，餐后还赠送了小点心。酒店早餐是自助，我们当天是四个小咸菜、五六个热菜、五六样主食、豆浆、粥、三种水果。现在酒店有人造雪，孩子是很高兴玩了好久。还有水疗馆、我们去参观了有好多设备、功能也不同，这次没有时间去体验了，下次有机会要试一下。然后要表扬酒店服务，孩子从滑雪场出来在车上睡着了，我办完入住手续从车上抱着孩子进去，还拿着孩子的鞋，前台小姑娘看见就帮我拿孩子的鞋还跟着我上楼开房间门。入住赠送了很多水果、开心果、葡萄干；退房还给装了两瓶水、两个小点心、自制腊八蒜。唯一不足就是外部生态环境好、屋里太热有几只臭大姐，怕虫子的人需要注意以下。

会员6745：超出预期的度假酒店济南南部山区新开的地理位置非常棒有山有泉面积大客房又大又整洁主要是用心作为山里的酒店算是非常高大上的啦准四星标准还有水疗馆是非常不错的体验适合老人孩子来度假我们年前来的客房和餐厅都是管家式服务餐厅口味非常赞早餐和正餐都吃的很好性价比非常高还给安排和老人住的很近的房间总之带着老人孩子住了两晚非常满意唯一美中不足的是山顶套房房浴缸因为电热水器的问题无法泡澡酒店说正在解决所以只能淋浴希望能早日处理好就完美了可以给满💯
